Summary You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Operations and Support Division of the Engineering Technical Services (ETS) Dept. at the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center (NATEC) of the Commander NV AIR TECHNICAL DATA AND ENGRG SVC. Responsibilities You will be the System Administrator for all ETS related information systems utilized by the ETS department. You will be responsible for the integration of NAVAIR enterprise logistics Information Technology applications and tools. You will provide training and assistance on the systems to the ETS department personnel. You will assist in the development of new or updated standard skills packages in the ASM system. You will be the configuration manager for assigned application database. You will assist in developing and maintaining processes to ensure the knowledge and information available through ETS are used in sustained maintenance planning and accomplishment of safe affordable readiness objectives. You will assist in reviewing weapon systems maintenance plans and integrated logistics support plans to ensure all logistics elements are coordinated to achieve effective weapons systems and ETS support for fleet activities. You will initiate action to resolve any identified deficiencies. You will assist PSLs in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. You will provide leadership and coordination for the completion of projects within his/her assigned area. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of analytical techniques and ability to apply these techniques in problem solving; Ability to meet and deal effectively with all levels of senior officials in the Navy and Marine Corps, government, and private industry; Possess a sound foundation in Engineering Technical Services (ETS) acquisition; Navy and Marine Corps budget planning and execution process; Ability to apply sound financial management; Ability to integrate the work of a team or group; Examples of Specialized Experience: Apply knowledge of the NATEC and SharePoint, Remote Video Satellite System (RVSS), Event Based Maintenance (EMB) Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM system, Automated Document Conversion System (ADCS), Deckplate, Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDD system), Joint Deficiency Report System (JDRS) and Ordnance Programs Optimization Model (OPOM) to provide training and assistance to personnel; In-depth knowledge of systems applications and advanced level of skill on common computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Adobe, etc.; Comprehensive knowledge of Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center (NATEC) and Engineering Technical Services (ETS) related IT tools, including functionality, data retrieval and analysis, report generation and database interrelationships.
