Responsibilities You will prepare and implement integrated logistics support (ILS) plans for DOD weapon/target acquisition and in-service systems/equipment. You will assist in the development of qualitative and quantitative analysis to substantiate logistics support policies, procedures, and concepts as well as to identify support system requirements. You will establish logistics support criteria for system specifications, solicitation packages, contracts, life-cycle cost estimates, and Total Ownership Cost. You will prepare and manage budgets for cognizant programs and ensures system support during deployment, operation, and sustainment Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or DS-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing qualitative analysis to verify logistics support policies, procedures, and concepts; 2) Establishing logistics support criteria for system specifications, solicitation packages, contracts, life-cycle cost estimates, and Total Ownership Cost; 3) Developing and updating Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documents, such as, Maintenance Plan (MP), Supply Support and Provisioning Plans, and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP).
