What You Will Do

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including outbound transport, external warehousing, and kitting processes. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and continuous process improvement are key aspects of this position. 

Manage 3PL operations to ensure efficient outbound transportation, warehousing, and kitting, maintaining high service levels and compliance with contractual agreements. Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and order fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business demands. Implement and enforce logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all logistics functions. Optimize inventory management strategies to reduce stockouts, minimize excess inventory costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. Analyze and improve logistics processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased service efficiency through automation and best practices. Develop and oversee quality control measures to maintain product integrity, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and mitigate risks in logistics operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align logistics strategies with broader business goals. Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing eco-friendly packaging solutions, optimizing transport routes to reduce emissions, and ensuring responsible resource management.     What you need:

Strong experience in 3PL management positionsBachelor's degreeAdvanced English skillsAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BIERP knowledge (SAP, TOTVS, JDE)

Previous experience in medical device companies
