Role Definition
Manages the development, planning and implementation of supply chain streams, plan for every parts.
Responsibilities
• Developing, implementing, and managing complex supply chain streams with global reach and Intelligence.
• Managing relationships and processes with suppliers to ensure adequate product supply to meet inventory strategies.
• Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with customers, business partners and internal functions.
• Performing analysis of supply chain parameters, on time delivery, and inventory strategies and recommending improvements to the supply chain performance.

√Supports all projects requiring Logistics Intelligence including Supply chain Automation and Digitalization Control functionality across all planning and execution processes.
• Providing troubleshooting for process control problems; identifying parameters, process variables and hazards.
• Developing end to end integration connection or predictive analytics from Planning, Production, Storage and Transportation.
• Familiar with Big data, MES, WMS, APS, AMR/AGV, Automated warehouse, IIoT
• Performing routine planning and commissioning of process automation rate.

• Requirements Planning Parameters: Safety stocks, MOQ, RV, Push / Pull replenishment strategy, Lot size
• Supplier Production Plan: SCRT, firm zone, trade of zone
• Inventory Buffer Plan: FG/WIP/raw material inventory planning
• Container Development: Raw material & FG pkg standardization, pkg design optimization, returnable pkg implementation, pkg cost reduction, BPM reduction
• Site Logistics Plan: POU design, Material replenishment model, transportation frequency, methods and container, Kitting/Setting layout, High rack area layout, Picking list
• POU presentation: Line side presentation
