Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $75,000 / annum What you'll be doing as a Logistics Manager: * Coordinate and stage deliveries of materials and equipment * Ensures accurate counts of all incoming deliveries and verifying packing slips, * Prepares shipments by staging preparing cargo for shipment, completes the bill of lading and material transfer form * Verifies material and supplier information on the bill of lading, confirm what was received * Document and file all shipping and received documentation * Reconcile all receiving discrepancies * Supervision of the laydown yard, the laydown yard is to be manned all times * Keep a correct and accurate inventory of all posts, racking material and hardware * Always keeps the laydown yard locked after construction hours * Organize the laydown yard in strict material categories * Pre-build pallets in conjunction with the BOM for needed hardware per the BOM * Issue all material with material tracking form (MTF) * Maintain accurate MTF tracking log * Develop complete inventory of spare post, modules, racking material and cable * Gather excess and damage material for recycling * Coordinate physical inventory counts as required Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st shift (Day) Job requirements: * Technical/Bachelor's degree of High School diploma or 2 inventory control or warehouse supervisory experience * Demonstrated computer proficiency. * Strong organizational and planning skills * Demonstrated self-starter, hardworking, studious * Effective both verbal and written communications with multiple levels * Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse activities * Excel experience * Combat Veterans with inventory or warehouse experience preferred * Experience working in a warehouse Ready to take control of the way you work?
