Core Functions-Tasks / Key Results Expected
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Operations Management:
+ Oversee all material handling processes, including loading, unloading, lifting, and insertion of materials in metro stations.
+ Ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities to support project timelines.
Team Leadership and Training:
+ Lead and manage a team of at least 150 personnel involved in various logistics and operational roles.
+ Train operators in the use of heavy construction and rail equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Traffic Management and Planning:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans to support on-site logistics and ensure minimal disruptions.
Equipment and Supplier Management:
+ Manage rental equipment operations and study supplier offers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
+ Enforce strict adherence to safety standards for all equipment operations.
+ Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Experience required
Education:
Engineering bachelor’s degree
Experience:
10 to 15 years of Experience
Language Requirements:
Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
