Our priority is working with integrity to improve the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world._ **Performance Standards: Duties & Responsibilities** + Execute the PAN India CFA’s allocation of stock & timely review of critical stock to ensure that out of stock situation does not arises at CFA level at any given of time. + PAN India CFA’s allocation of packing materials which is dispatched along with stock. Packing materials are properly loaded along with stock in the truck to ensure that maximum capacity of trucks is utilized & avoid sending extra vehicles for packing materials to keep freight under control. + Co-ordination with Transporters for placement of vehicles on time to ensure that stock is received & dispatched as per plan & readily available for sales at PAN India CFAs for smooth functioning of operation. + Placement of vehicles as per availability of load to ensure that freight is kept under control & within annual budget. + In transit damages if any, COF is taken from transporters against damages & necessary entries are made in system for inventory adjustment. + Overseeing of Transporters freight bills & ensure that proper co-ordination is done with transporters for smooth functioning of operation. + Expired / damage goods received from CFA’s / warehouse expiry is sent for incineration on bimonthly / quarterly basis & on receipt of incineration certificate shared it with CFA’s & CWH informing them to scrap the expired / damage goods from SAP system & keep necessary documents for records. + SAP & Promo Bee tools are used for taking GRN in Promotional Hub. Physician samples are dispatched from promotional hub through Promo Bee tool where stock entry & exit transactions are reflected but in SAP only GRN entry is reflected. Physician sample stock, which is dispatched in entire month, SAP consumption entries is passed at the end of the month to tally SAP stock with Promo bee stock & ensure that physical stock is tallied with SAP & Promo bee stock at the end of the month. + Preparation of Transport freight PO’s – POs are prepared for multiple lanes i.e. Inward & Outward from CWH to PAN India CFA's / from LL - P2P - Own factory to CWH - Vadpe & from CFA to CFA for SIL & SHIPL. Working is done on the basis of previous years details & final calculated sheet i.e. transporter wise/ lane wise is shared with concerned person for raising annual blanket PO. + Batch interchange entries are done at PAN India CFA level as & when required as per mail communication received from CFA’s / CWH. + Recall stock – If any stock needs to be recalled than STN’s are prepared from CFA’s to CWH & transporters are informed for placement of vehicles as per availability of load to minimize freight cost. + Ensure that operation of Central HUB runs smoothly by the 3PL service provider's team, timely attaining to the issues/ queries & resolving it on top priority. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
