POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Logistics Manufacturing Analyst to join our growing team. The Logistics Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product flow, ensuring efficiency in order processing, warehousing and fulfillment, production, and shipment. This role requires a unique blend of product, operations and inventory control, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and product availability. We are seeking a solution-oriented professional with good communication skills, someone who is self-driven, technically competent, and who has proven product operations and inventory / supply chain experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the entire physical hardware lifecycle, from order placement to final shipment, receiving and inventory counting / organization, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment Collaborate with internal teams to streamline production processes and maintain optimal inventory levels Coordinate with manufacturers regarding inventory orders, quality control, shipping logistics, documentation and assist CHeKT’s COO with contract negotiations and enforcement of key terms and conditions Monitor shipping procedures to track and verify product deliveries, minimizing discrepancies and losses Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency Oversee CHeKT’s warehouse and work closely with supply chain and other employees (including Alarm.com supply chain), to improve product flow and resolve operational challenges Coordinate with Alarm.com’s supply chain team to understand best practices and implement at CHeKT; assist Alarm.com’s supply chain team with order placement, fulfillment and shipping of inventory for the Alarm.com channel as well as for CHeKT’s distribution network Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years in product management, inventory control, supply chain, or a related field Deep understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to make data-driven decisions Skilled in Microsoft Office and other software platforms Skilled in optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Strong ability to process and synthesize information, quickly build domain knowledge, draw logical conclusions, and frame decisions Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work across, up, and down the work organization Genuine self-starter who proactively identifies challenges/opportunities and works across the team to generate and implement solutions A great collaborator who knows that to deliver anything of value is a team effort and likes to dig in with various teams to find the best solution to a problem Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile-driven engineering team, based on mutual trust and credibility Must be hands-on and comfortable working independently The position will be located at CHeKT’s headquarters in Shreveport, LA and may require travel to Alarm.com’s headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA, from time to time
