​WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping our global logistics network? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Network Tactical Lead to join our team. As a key player in our logistics strategy, you will: 

Develop and implement a global target logistics network that sets new standards in efficiency and effectiveness. Define and align tactical roadmaps with the Logistics Network team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive our logistics strategy forward. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our logistics network design aligns seamlessly with our overall business strategies. Lead logistics network analytical projects with a focus on managing cross-functional coordination and tactical implementations. Ensure follow-up on progress and timelines throughout tactical implementations, keeping everything on track. Coordinate deliveries of business and tech-related logistics projects, considering dependencies with other projects to ensure smooth execution. Secure sign-off from relevant stakeholders and ensure a smooth hand-over to operational teams. Monitor and ensure visibility on implementation progress, keeping everyone informed. Stay up to date on global logistics operational status, KPIs, issues, and risks, and proactively address challenges. Identify sustainability opportunities and challenges from social, economic, and environmental perspectives, making a positive impact on our planet. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You will work within the logistics network strategy team, and you will report directly to the Logistics Network Strategy Manager. 

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with... 

A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively. Expertise in logistics and supply chain, with a deep understanding of business needs for both retail and online businesses, ideally within the retail or fashion industry. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with central and regional stakeholders, both internally and externally. Excellent presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-specialists, senior management, and experts in other areas. Strategic logistics and supply chain experience, with a sound understanding of operational processes. Ability to collaborate and navigate with internal and external teams and stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Proficiency in translating business problems into models and drawing actionable conclusions based on outcomes.
