. Job Summary:
As a Logistics Office Associate, you will help to support Denso’s North American logistics functions to ensure our customers have quality parts delivered timely and safely. This role will work hands on within our production control team to ensure orders are created timely and accurately, inventory is accurate, and containers from around the world are monitored with appointments setup to ensure proper flow of our receiving docks. In this role, your performance is directly linked to our customer’s success and is a vital part of our organization.
Duties:
Provide administrative and clerical support to Production Control / Logistics Departments. Create customer order documentation Check and update customer websites Import/Export detail Participate in Kaizen circle Organize and maintain filing systems. Standard clerical duties including typing, data entry, packaging and shipping.Qualifications:
Associate degree with 0-3 years of experience in a support role. Must be a logical thinker with numerical intelligence. Ability to coordinate and monitor a high level of activity as demonstrated under a variety of conditions and constraints. Good organizational and time management skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of appropriate office software applications. Position may require, but not limited to sitting, walking, lifting, and reaching. Position will require some weekend / holiday work on a rotation schedule. Must be flexible to work any OT required by COCBenefits:
