For our Logistics team, we are looking for a logistics officer to Support logistics operating and oder management within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

l  Order Management:

Internal customer order management,

3rd party customers for special orders,

Frequently cooperate with HQ in improving vendor’s shipment schedule,

Frequently monitor shipment status and push deliveries when required.

l  Customs declaration Coordination:

Work with CFT Customs team to close monitor import shipment customs declaration process,

Support to fix the issues (HS code clarification, COO, pricing issues etc.) during customs clearance.

l  Warehouse management & Freight settlement:

Support logistics operating colleagues for warehousing and transportation coordination,

Logistics cost (storage, freight etc.) settlement,

Draft logistics cost report.

Your defining qualities

l  Knowledge of order management system, e.g. SAP, ERP

l  Knowledge of warehouse management, transportation and customs clearance

l  Knowledge of digitalization tools and have digitalized mindset

l  Good communication skills to deal with customers, vendors and business partners
