Logistics Officer
The primary function arranging and monitoring transportation support for any logistical requirements of the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

 Arrange and monitor transportation support for Distribution Center operations. Track and coordinate goods delivery, ensuring efficient load planning and routing. Communicate delivery schedules and instructions to customers and internal teams. Verify delivery documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, vehicle roadworthiness, and safety standards. Prepare reports on delivery fulfillment, truck turnaround time, and transportation costs. Validate vendor billing and prepare payment requests. Perform additional tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics

Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, distribution centers, 3PL operations, or related fields

Wholesale/retail experience preferred

Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, WMS, and MS Excel

Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills
