About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently handle files and tickets for warehouse. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Client's file
Manage outbound relocation client files to other providers, maintaining proper documentation and records. Manage inbound client files within the Hearing Services Program ‘dropbox.’ Report on outbound and inbound relocation activity under direction e.g. to, from, numbers, reasons, dates Assist in the organization and maintenance of clinic-to-clinic files and archives. Support for relocation of digital files via HSP portal Support with processing of HSP relocationOther
Manage the outbound process of client batteries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment. Receive and sort incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently. Support the processing of Warehouse Tickets. Receive and sort donation aids, ensuring proper handling and distribution. Support team with pick packing activities as needed to meet operational demands. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and compliance standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.About you:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred. Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using computer software and applications for data entry and record keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges. Physical ability to lift and move packages and materials as required.What's on Offer
