We're seeking a dynamic leader to join AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) as Senior Manager of Onboarding & Payments Operations. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier and logistics service provider (LSP) onboarding, integration, and payment enablement within our global network.

You will drive the strategy and execution of partner onboarding processes, own payment enablement workflows, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize our systems and processes. This position requires strong understanding of global payment systems, excellence in cross-functional collaboration, and robust analytical skills. The role directly influences ACL's ability to scale globally, managing thousands in payment transactions and the integration of key logistics partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry, knowledge of international flows, and familiarity with cloud products. The candidate will haves strong leadership capabilities, demonstrated through Amazon's Leadership Principles, and a proven track record of building and scaling operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with global financial regulations and AWS policies.
