\n\n-Position: Logistics Coordinator
\n-Shift: M-F Day Shift
\n-Pay:$21.95 per hour
\nIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills:Supply Chain, IT, Operating Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Control, Diagnostics, Computer hardware / software.
\nAminimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:
\n-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP is highly preferred.
\n-Intermediate or higher experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
\n-1-2 years Report Writing experience. SQL experience would be preferred but not required.
\n-Experience with JDA, NTV, BLUE YONDER, and SAP is also a PLUS but not required.
\n-Experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution environment is highly preferred.
\n-Hands-on training and experience with technical software/hardware support within a company (preferably warehouse, supply chain, distribution, logistics).
\n-First-line point of contact to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair software and hardware related issues with end-users in the facility.
\n-This is NOT a traditional helpdesk or ticket/incident support position.
\n

\nAssist in coordinating truck, rail, and international shipments. Provide communication to both shippers and carriers. Assist in coordinating and providing problem-solving and order management for customers.
\nKey Accountabilities:
\n\nAssist in coordination of export/import shipments.\nEstablish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.\nTrack and trace all shipments.\nUpdate and maintain Transportation Management System(s) –; SAP.\nPrepare and publish daily, weekly reports.\nObtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends.\nProactively identify problems to management.\nAnswer and resolve basic billing questions when needed.\nPrepare client invoice packets\nConfirm rates with carriers.\n\nRequired Education and Experience:
