Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Lead Production Planner to oversee day-to-day capacity scheduling across four EPC locations in Belgium. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zeebrugge/Grimbergen, with remote work considered only in exceptional circumstances. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality to align production schedules with business goals and customer demands in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications:
Master degree or proven experience (5+ years) in Supply Chain management, Operations Management or Transportation Operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Analysing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory specific to area of responsibility.
• Improving logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.
