A warehouse operator, also known as an puller, is primarily responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse location based on production schedule, Prior to Use inspection is performed on all materials before preparing them for production usage. Associate will ensure accuracy and adherence to order details while maintaining proper inventory accuracy; this involves using scanner or tablets to execute movements in ITS Mobile and SAP, and other warehouse management systems to efficiently navigate the warehouse and pull orders. **What You'll Do for Us** + **Managing Incoming ingredient:** Move product to and from receiving locations to racks, and other locations as assigned. + **Time Management:** Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of quality, service, and cost objectives, while complying with all standard operating procedures and requirements. + **Picking orders:** Using pick lists or a warehouse management system to locate and select the correct items from storage shelves according to customer orders. + **Barcode scanning:** Uses portable computer terminal and laser scanning device, accurately record product movements by item number, lot code, location, and/or truck number. + **Staging orders:** Gathering picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping + **Quality checks:** Inspecting products for damage or defects before packing + **Maintaining cleanliness:** Keeping the warehouse workspace clean and organized. + **Adhering to safety procedures:** Following all safety protocols while handling products and operating equipment + **Inventory accuracy:** Verifying product quantity and condition against the order details, reporting any discrepancies or damaged items. + **Labeling:** Affixing shipping labels and other necessary documentation to packages. Accurately completes pre-operation forklift inspection. Accurately completes manual recording (written record) of product movement as an alternative to PC based records during system outages and for 'off-line' transactions. Demonstrates support of The Coca-Cola Company's safety initiatives and policies. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
