Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciencesHaving minimum 2 years of experienceExperience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirableExperience working within supply chain operations is essential for this roleMust be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the planThe ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly in this roleUnderstanding the role as an integrated team roleExperience is needed to collaborate with operations managers across all levels within a countryAdvanced level in both written and spoken English
