The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.

Function Introduction
European Logistics Procurement Team is managing complex portfolio which encompasses intricate facets such as transportation, warehousing, repacking, pallets & customs.
Tender Procurement Team is a core team within European Logistics Procurement Structure responsible for tendering activities, portfolio management, supplier allocation and logistics sourcing strategy. The objective of this role is to support procurement strategies via managing tendering processes.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Tender time plan and scope management
E-tendering reporting
FPoC for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding tenders
Tender platform configuration and maintenance, data preparation, adjusting functionalities to each tender
Creating & maintaining a centralized knowledge database
Analyze, report and track savings per portfolio
Deliver Procurement Compliance Agenda
Supplier Business Allocation (proposal & support for negotiations)
Contract management and documentation flow coordination
Support Supplier Partnership Programs in Cost, Carbon and Customer Service
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
Previous experience in Purchasing or Transport, Logistic - 2 years minimum
Skills
Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
Take ownership and responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
Operational computer skills (MS Office)
Strong analytical skills required
High proficiency in MS Excel
Multitasking
SAP (advantage)
Tendering platforms basic knowledge
