Barilla Hellas AE wants to recruit a Logistics Professional for Thiva plant. The role will report hierarchically to the Logistics EE Manager. The individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of Logistics activities supporting the implementation of specific site projects in accordance with the key priorities.
Key Accountabilities
+ Import’s management (carriers’ allocation, follow up & reporting)
+ Export orders assignment to carriers and bookings
+ Daily communication with Carriers, Copackers & WHS
+ Logistics Month End closing activities
+ Control and report logistics costs on a monthly basis (LCP, POs, Pre-invoice Docs, Invoice receipts etc).
+ Claims to Suppliers
+ Logistics KPIs monitor and reporting
+ POD management
+ Monitor of pallet use cost
+ Stock overview
+ Reverse Logistics
+ Suppliers' offers collection/evaluation/archive
+ Back up for Repacking/Reworking Activities
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or similar.
+ A minimum of two years' experience in Logistics
+ Fluent in English
+ Use of SAP ERP system
+ Use of Aberon WMS and Transporeon system will be considered an asset
+ Excellent use of Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Great organizational and time-management skills
