Are you looking to shape entire industries with a future-proof portfolio of more sustainable, energy efficient solutions?Deal, let’s go! **Your future role.** This role will be responsible for organization of all logistics operations and order processing activities (incl. import and export) related to product/project/service based businesses for Geared Motors and Low Voltage Motors, also including Motor Repair Workshops in Gebze and Adana locations of Siemens Large Drives. + Converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders in SAP systems, receiving order confirmations, following up orders and change orders and giving meaningful feedback to relevant parties, taking necessary actions in time to ensure delivery time and cost + Coordinating local and international transport with the approved transportation companies in the aim of meeting the confirmed delivery dates of all purchase orders, + Completing required documentation for import and export operations and giving necessary instructions for payment and customs clearing, + Opening import files and directing them to the customs specialist. + Ensuring that the materials arrive at warehouse/site on time, complete and in parallel with required conditions & specifications, + Ensuring the timely flow of information to order managment teams about shipments, customs operations, + Report designing with system data and creating new measuring systems, + Coordinating return process of detective materials or the materials that are not in conformity with the required specifications, ensuring that replacement material is supplied on time, + Initiating new orders for defective materials and managing the return procedure for the defective items. + Organizing and monitoring the import and export processes for damaged products sent abroad for repair. + Preparing order follow-up reports and distributing these reports periodically to all respective groups, + Responding information demands of PMs/BUs/Corporate Departments in respect of logistics & order processing & import/export topics giving required support to bid phase of the projects, + Supporting the projects for optimizing the logistics cost, ensuring the project costs are booked on time, + Ensuring and follow up the return invoices to suppliers on time, + Evaluating the logistic suppliers continuously giving feedback to related logistics strategic buyer. + Ensuring the recording and payment of logistics invoices. + To ensure coordination and information flow between all departments related to the logistics and operation process, **Your profile.** + Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics or related disciplines, + Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field, + Material Management, Project Logistics and Import & Export know-how, + Very good command of English, + Proficiency in MS Office Applications, + Knowledge of customs legislation and contract law, + Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies. **Make your mark in our exciting world. #JoinReliableMotion #TeamInnomotics** As an equal-opportunity employer we are happy to consider applications from individuals with disabilities (https://new.siemens.com/de/de/unternehmen/jobs/arbeiten-bei-siemens/jobs-ohne-barrieren.html) .
