Logistics Property Administrator

Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Warehouse property administrator support specialist to provide logistics property reporting as a part of the Warehouse management team. The candidate must reference their ability and experience in working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team. Working under the supervision of their respective Team Lead the candidate must be a fast starter, able to work independently in a team environment with the ability to perform the following duties and responsibilities: •Provide centralized reporting and administration of government and contractor acquired property for the purpose of warehouse operations • Perform data collection, analysis, and manipulation, and transfer • Create, report, and deliver progress/status reports • Manage reporting records • Perform electronic and hard copy quality control functions • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status and weekly activity reports • Perform other administrative functions to support warehouse operations as needed ​Minimum Requirements: • Associates degree, and at least 1 years of related administrative experience • High school diploma/GED, and at least 3 years of related experience • Experience in data analysis and/or records management Experience with electronic information management systems and analysis tools • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance • Intermediate level user of Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and MS SharePoint(Intermediate Level) Preferred Qualifications: • Military Experience in a Supply Chain Management field • Experience in supply, stockroom, warehouse, and inventory operations is a plus • Familiarity with Network Infrastructure equipment • Experience with direct customer support, problem solving, conflict resolution - Strong written and verbal skills are a must Other Requirements: • Travel: Occasion local travel to within a fifty-mile radius to customer location (8-10 per year) • Work Location: At contractor location in Ashburn Virginia • Work Schedule: 8AM – 5PM, telework 2 – days per week, at the discretion of CRS management and the supporting customer
