The Role?

The completion of all processes in relation to warehousing, transportation & purchasing. 
This is a hybrid role which includes the management and creation of warehouse picking notes, the creation of shipping documentation and the allocation of consignments to the transport partners whilst ensuring compliance to the associated regulations. The role also includes the creation of purchase orders and the management of the inbound product flow whilst ensuring clear communications are maintained with all internal departments. A large proportion of the tasks will be conducted via SAP, online platforms, and a small amount of physical documentation.

What will YOU do?

SAP Duties include:

Reviewing the outbound delivery monitorThe creation of warehouse picking ordersThe creation of shipping ordersReview transport costs and product detailsComplete the post goods issue processReview the purchasing requisition reportThe creation of purchase ordersReview safety stock levels

Non-SAP Duties include:

The creation of dangerous goods notesThe creation of export documentationShipment entry onto transport partners online portalsArrange reverse logisticsSource and review transit quotesReview non-SAP inventory reportsMonitor supplier delivery performanceCommunicate with all parties involved

Minimum requirements:

SAP experience essentialGeneral IT skills (excel, word, email etc..)CommunicationBe detail orientatedHazardous goods experienceEnglish, French & Dutch speaking
