The Global Logistics team at Roku is responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient, and seamless movement of goods across international borders. We partner closely with supply chain, legal, finance, and external stakeholders to navigate complex global trade regulations and support Roku’s growing global footprint. About the Role

Roku is seeking a Logistics Retail Scheduler to drive seamless order scheduling, routing, and fulfillment for our retail partners. This role ensures on-time, efficient, and cost-effective logistics execution for major retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and Costco.

This role will play a key part in integrating and optimizing retail logistics workflows within our new system. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail logistics, ERP systems (NetSuite and Oracle Cloud ERP preferred), EDI transactions, carrier coordination, and retail compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities Retail Order Scheduling & Routing Manage and process all collect customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely routing. Optimize load sizes (cartons, pallets, cubic feet) for efficient shipping. Maintain data accuracy in retailer portals, ensuring compliance with customer routing requirements. Release orders in NetSuite ERP and coordinate with 3PL partners for fulfillment. Communicate with carriers and retailers to confirm pickups and resolve scheduling conflicts. Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with demand planning. Provide exceptional customer service to retail clients and address any concerns or inquires. Logistics Execution & Compliance Track order pickup performance and monitor shipments for on-time delivery. Manage exceptions and escalations related to missed pickups, delays, or compliance violations. Submit tickets in retailer portals for rescheduling pickups and updating order statuses in NetSuite ERP. Ensure 100% compliance with retailer routing guides, preventing chargebacks and penalties. Validate EDI transmissions, ASNs, and shipment confirmations, troubleshooting errors as needed. Support freight cost optimization and carrier performance analysis. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Track and analyze key logistics KPIs, including: On-time pickup performance Carrier efficiency & transit times Retailer compliance & chargeback reduction Prepare and analyze reports on delivery performance and identify areas for improvement. Work with supply chain & warehouse teams to enhance order fulfillment processes. Document and update logistics workflows, retailer SOPs, and best practices. Utilize data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) for performance insights. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within NetSuite ERP. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Warehouse, Order Management, and 3PL teams to drive execution. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning teams for alignment on demand forecasts. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot ERP and EDI-related integration issues. Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) and Proof of Pickup with carriers and retail partners. Support change management efforts related to new NetSuite ERP functionalities. We're excited if you have Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, retail fulfillment, and supply chain operations. Expertise in order scheduling and routing for major retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.). Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, or similar ERP systems. Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, ASN validation, and chargeback resolution. Familiarity with retail compliance, routing guides, and logistics best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to manage fulfillment challenges. Experience collaborating with 3PLs, freight carriers, and supply chain partners. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or e-commerce logistics. Familiarity with 3PLs, freight optimization, and transportation cost management. Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle Integration Cloud, middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft), Project44, or API-based ERP integrations. Background in Lean Six Sigma or logistics process improvement methodologies. #LI-SB5
