Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle compensation claims Inspect garage and the work of the crew to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment, incomplete truck requirements) Assess violations received from the clients and provide necessary actions Provide Transport SHE Weekly Report to client Conduct monthly seminars to all truckers Creation of Journey Management Plan for certain projects Onsite inspection of WH before we start the operation to determine if hazards are present and establish procedures and policies
