Perform operational tasks within Logistic area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible to ensure Logistic processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, distribution and transportation. Responsibilities Responsible for logistics operations – daily managing transport planningCoordination of the information flow between Distribution Centre, order requestor and transport service providerMonitoring carrier's performance management and taking appropriate action if necessarySupporting the billing process by ensuring the data correctness and checking the carrier's transportation ratesAnalysing and verification of the logistics costsProof of delivery managementProviding support in reporting area if necessaryCarrier's billing file verificationData preparation for the final billing

Minimum qualifications University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage.Intermediate in spoken and written English Customer Service-related experienceGood interpersonal skills: communication, influencing. Strong analytical skills required Creativity, passion and engagement

Team-working orientedEnergetic and pressure resistance Customer service mindsetOperational computer skills (MS Office)Advanced MS ExcelSAP knowledge will be an advantage
