Job Title: Logistics Specialist Location: Canton, Massachusetts Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $25/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Schedule: Monday through Friday (8AM to 430PM) LOGISTICS SPECIALIST Description The Logistics Specialist within the Roofing Target Market will assist with window shipments and be in constant communication with the Drivers and Warehouse Representatives to ensure accurate and efficient orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This position will report to the Canton Warehouse Manager. + Assist the windows shipments. + Engage in regular communication with drivers and loaders + Ensure timely schedules for shipments + Maintain accurate and consistent records + Address errors to promote client satisfaction + Coordinate timely and accurate shipments + Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents + Identify and fix shipping errors + Receive orders and add to inventory QUALIFICATIONS + 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment preferred + Strong communications skills.
