**Shift Details:**
+ Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
+ Hours: 5:30 am - 1:00 pm
**Location:** Eugene, OR

Are you passionate about logistics and customer service? Join our team as a **Specialist, Logistics** and play a key role in managing transportation and ensuring seamless operations for our valued clients.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Specialist, Logistics, your daily responsibilities will include:
+ Maintaining customer profile information and entering orders into the Freight Optimizer system.
+ Communicating with account managers to resolve problem loads and updating customers on load statuses.
+ Monitoring daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals and good condition of loads.
+ Taking check calls from drivers and validating load data for accounting purposes.
+ Investigating product overages, shortages, and damages while completing appropriate documentation.
+ Scheduling and rescheduling delivery appointments and managing load acceptances as directed.
+ Providing drivers with clear routing instructions.
**What You Need to Succeed**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 1 year of experience in logistics.
+ General knowledge of the transportation industry.
+ Microsoft 365
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, verbal, or diagram).

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
