GE Healthcare Korea, 조영제 사업부에서 Logistics Specialist (사원대리급) 인재를 채용합니다. 전반적으로 수입업무를 담당하며 SAP 툴을 이용한 국내 배송 건 관리합니다. 수입업무 및 3PL 배송관리의 경력이 1년 이상- 6년 미만인 후보자를 우대합니다.
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, Inventory, reporting transportation metrics, identifying inventory trends for the accurate demand forecasting, providing visibility through variety operation projects and ERP tools, ensuring that customers’ needs are met under the company policy, international trade law and domestic sales compliance regulations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Continuous internal communication with global pole managers/transportation teamsImplementation of tools and dashboards for metric visibility and communicationAnalysis of transportation spend and tie to the financial ledgerRelease daily shipments, track picking, packing and shipping activities are completed in time.Managing and be the main contact of 3PL for any logistics matters to serve.Drive data analysis and business case development for key projectsCoordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwardersPrimary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics processResponsible for timely, accurate and complete record keepingResponsible for answering logistic cases/complaints on a timely mannerSupport standardization of transportation processes across the regionWorking cross-functionally with sourcing, commercial operations, QARA and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changesSupport warehousing optimization/Lean projectsResponsible for managing the storage of the products. According to the GDP regulations of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, provide instructions and manage the warehouse operations to ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance in warehouse and transportation.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.Min 1 to 6 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain management.Experience in logistics or supply chain modeling & simulation.Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsProven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentWilling to travel domestically and internationally.Able to communicate effectively using English국가보훈해당자 및 장애인은 관련 법률에 의거 우대합니다.
