Logistics Specialist focused on ensuring that the whole logistics operation and activities in always flowing efficiently
 

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

Ensuring company operations in accordance with state legislation, statutory provisions and requirements and company policiesArranging and managing all logistics activities and related systems informationCoordinating customs clearance for import/export shipments in Turkmenistan (with cover of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan when necessary)Coordinating import and export transportation in Turkmenistan (with cover of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan when necessary)Coordinating deliveries in line with production demands, overseeing internal logistics challenges ensuring that materials are available for production and shipments are ready for dispatch when required.Reviewing and optimizing costs to ensure products and projects are delivered to budget and operating marginContacting vendors, customers, carriers, etc. to coordinate transportation and resolve any problems and issues. Follow up with current projectsExecutes all shipping documentation required for goods transportationProviding weekly and monthly reports for imports, exports, domestic transportation, cost saving, job volumes, shipments tracking etc

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave at least 5 year of experience in Logistics is required (experience of international export / import coordination)Have Incoterms knowledgeGood knowledge Customs LegislationGood reporting skills and time management skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneouslyGood problem solving skillsBe able to speak Turkmen, Russian and English fluentlyHave knowledge of international logistics (Import and export)Have knowledge of PSA regime rules and proceduresBe proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel and Word), SAP skills are preferableHave knowledge of transportation and cost for all modes of transport
