Logistics Specialist focused on ensuring that the whole logistics operations and activities are running smoothly

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring company operations are in accordance with state legislation, statutory provisions and company policiesArranging and managing all logistics activities and related systems informationCoordinating customs clearance for import/export shipments in Azerbaijan and GeorgiaCoordinating import and export transportation in Azerbaijan and GeorgiaCoordinating deliveries in line with production demands, overseeing internal logistics challengesEnsuring that materials are available for production and shipments are ready for dispatch when required.Reviewing and optimizing costs to ensure products and projects are delivered to budget and operating marginContacting vendors, customers, carriers, etc. to coordinate transportation and resolve any problems and issuesExecutes all shipping documentation required for goods transportationProviding weekly and monthly reports for imports, exports, domestic transportation, cost saving, job volumes, shipments tracking etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave at least 3 year's of experience in Logistics is required (experience with international export / import )Have Incoterms knowledgeGood knowledge Customs LegislationBe able to speak Azerbaijani, Russian and English fluentlyHave knowledge of international logistics (Import and export)Be proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel and Word), SAP skills are preferableHave knowledge of transportation and cost for all modes of transport
