Job Title: Supply chain specialist

Position Overview:

This position will support logistic team routine job, focus on a daily operation chain both from customer order allocate for shipping to export and purchase order fulfillment to import.Support bonded e-book, compliance system management, involve and support cost saving project related with duty and freight cost, etc. 

Location: Onsite

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle full set of operation from PO confirmed to fulfillment and SO received to delivered.

Coordinate relevant departments on accurate and timely shipment & information flows to ensure on time custom clearance.

Escalate abnormal issues/ non-compliance to logistic manager to give the pre-alert to buyer and customer service, and work on better practice.

Create delivery documents, delivery note, commercial invoice in SAP system after receiving the planned delivery arrangement

Booking cabins in the company's internal systems, including sea and air

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years working experience in logistic and customer service fieldGood understanding on China Customs laws and regulations related to processing trade, strong consciousness on compliance risk management.Proactively initiate concept, and independently solve problems as a matured team player.Quick learner, logical minded and proficient background on data sensitive and risk control.Bachelor degree in major of logistic, or international trade related
