Job Description

The Position

Trade Compliance: Customs clearance (mainly Imports), HSN code maintenance, Budget impact, documents and records maintenance, related Compliance. CHA handling, relationship management and KPI Management.

OTC Management: Oversee OTC processes – Order processing, PGI, Invoicing and related e-way bill processes.

SOP Management

Vendor Management – Creation, relationship and KPI management, PO, GR/GI and payments, related Compliance.

Inventory Management - Quarterly physical inventory count, Adjustment entries, Expiry management and destruction/ incineration, Inventory and space management, Budget planning and long-term planning.

Cost to Serve and Service Level KPI (OTIF)

Stake holder engagement

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Graduation in Science or Commerce

qualification in Materials Management or Supply Chain. 

About 5 to 8 years of experience including 2 – 3 years in SAP operations.
