Category: Kalmar Facility: Logistics Location: Stargard, PL Logistics Specialist Purpose of the position We are looking for aLogistics Specialistto oversee deliveries, invoicing, and customer service within a designated region. This role requires close coordination withcentral warehouses, logistics providers, regional frontlines, and internal supply chain teamsto ensure smooth logistics operations and high customer service levels. Main tasks and responsibilities + Support3PL providersin organizing deliveries from Kalmar Central warehouses. + Assist customers in designated regions with logistics-related issues. + Prepare and reviewimport/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork. + Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitatesmooth clearanceand ensure compliance with import/export regulations. + Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to arrangecost-effectivetransportation solutions. + Monitor shipmentsto ensure timely deliveries, resolving any transportation-related issues. + Contribute totransport optimizationwithin the assigned region to reduce costs and improve efficiency. + Work closely withinternal teams(supply planning, sales, and customer support) to manage direct deliveries, customer claims, and returns. + Act as theprimary contactfor external stakeholders, including customs authorities and logistics vendors. + Generateregular reportsanalyzing customer shipment profiles and key logistics metrics. What you’ll need to succeed Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably inLogistics/Supply Chain. Experience:1-3 years in a similar logistics role. Skills & Competencies: + Knowledge ofimport/export documentation and customs regulations. + Strongcustomer service mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Analytical andproblem-solving abilitieswith the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. + Proactive, independent, andsolution-oriented approach. + Fluent English(spoken and written) is required.
