**R2776049 Logistics Specialist** + **Location:** M&S site, District 9, HCMC + **Job Type:** Permanent, full-time **About the Job** Are you a proactive problem solver with expertise in logistics and supply chain management? As a **Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist** , you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, components, and finished products. This role focuses on optimizing inventory, coordinating transportation, and meeting customer demands while supporting the company’s operational goals. This dynamic position requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance supply chain efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** **Procurement Management:** + Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods to Distribution Centers and Customers. + Monitor supplier and vendor performance to ensure quality and adherence to delivery schedules. + Collaborate with procurement, project, and finance teams to forecast and manage cash flow. + Develop logistics plans to optimize delivery timelines and streamline operations. **Transportation and Distribution:** + Manage transportation logistics, monitor real-time shipment tracking, and resolve delays. + Align distribution activities with customer requirements and company policies. + Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and efficient storage of goods. + Coordinate shipping documentation proactively with suppliers, vendors, and customers. **Cost Management:** + Identify and reduce logistics costs across the supply chain while ensuring operational efficiency. + Leverage Free Trade Agreements to secure incentives for shipments. + Address customs declaration challenges and liaise with authorities, vendors, and insurers for claims. **Compliance and Documentation:** + Maintain accurate records for all logistics activities and ensure compliance with local and international laws, including Customs regulations. + Archive shipping documentation for 7 years to meet audit requirements. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** + Track and analyze key performance indicators for logistics accuracy. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for authorities (DAV, Customs, MOIT, HSE, and Tax departments). + Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement. **Problem Solving:** + Address logistics challenges, such as damaged goods, shipment delays, or stock discrepancies. + Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions. + Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and align with company objectives. **About You** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields such as Finance, Foreign Trade, or Industrial Management. **Experience:** + Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. + Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Health Supplements, or Pharma is a plus. **Core Competencies:** + Familiarity with international shipping, customs regulations, and freight forwarding. + Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS, V5) and Microsoft Office tools. + Strong communication skills for collaborating across functional teams. + Problem-solving mindset to address logistical bottlenecks and minimize disruptions. + Fluency in English is mandatory. **Personal Attributes:** + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Constructive attitude and a consistent approach to achieving objectives. **Why Choose Us?** Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to optimizing supply chain operations and achieving excellence in logistics.
