Logistics Specialist
**Job Overview:** The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility in addition to hosting a full beverage distribution center. Spartanburg is one of the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution location. The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High Performance Teams. All associates at the Spartanburg site will have accountability to both a functional business unit in addition to the full site operation. The site will run on first-in-class enterprise IT and warehouse execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment. As the Logistic Specialist you will be accountable for scheduling and tracking partners, customers and 3PL’s outbound movements, keep reporting functions in/out of the DC/Plant while meeting our World Class Manufacturing and Distribution standards. Will update critical data in our main tracking files in order to provide significant information for outbound execution and inventory accuracy. **Shift & Schedule:** This is a full time position on **Days** working our 12 hr shift schedule working on a **2-2-3 rotation** . Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. **6:30am-7:00pm** + **Week 1: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday** + **Week 2: Sunday Wednesday Thursday** What you will do: + Manage all inbound and outbound dock appointments setting up appointments for partners, customers and 3PL’s. + Coordinate/Communicate with OM, Multisite, Customer Service and Freight Line contacts. + Run reports and Queries to support decision making. + Create Purchase orders, pay invoices, reconcile and manage spend of accounts creating Pos for. + Update general control files in the DC operation. + Monitor and match inventory on hand vs orders in the system for partners, customers and 3PL’s. + Assist inventory team to conduct audit discrepancies, cycle counts and reconciliation + Support DC team as needed + Facilitate investigation around mis shipments (short/over shipment). + Provide details on any damage and returned product. + Coordinate with the Brokers for the transportation requirements. + Support DC team as needed. + Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives + Be able to operate forklifts within the Safety standards + Adhere to all Company, Local, State and Federal regulations and policies Other Necessary Functions + Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance deviation to DC management. + Follow all Keurig Dr. Pepper policies and procedures. + Participate in daily huddles for input, feedback on trends, training issues, practices that need to be improved + Daily interaction with Employees/Management in Knoxville + Performs other duties as requested by management **Total Rewards:** + Pay starting at $24.10 per hour. **Where Applicable:** + Benefits eligible day one + Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED or actively working toward one. + 2-3 years of DC III or strong shipping experience required + Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft suite). + Knowledge of basic warehouse principlesStrong communication skills, verbal and written + Ability to multi task + Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions + Ability to follow Keurig Dr. Pepper policies and procedures + Ability to walk and stand on concrete floors for 12 hour shifts + Now how operate material handling equipment. + Previous work with continuous process improvement preferred (value stream analysis, 5S) + Strong attention to detail and good trouble shooting/follow up skills + Positive attitude/self–motivated + Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently + Prior Inventory Control and /or shipping experience is preferred Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance. + Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally. + Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift. + Ability to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment. + Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions. **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
