The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with DIA local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our warehouse operations, focusing on efficient and accurate receiving, inventory management, and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy in both physical handling of goods and data recording. This role requires familiarity with warehouse management systems, a dedication to safety protocols, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position also supports CACI procurement activities and requires knowledge of relevant government contracting regulations.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately input data related to received goods, inventory levels, and other logistics activities into computer systems, including information from packing slips, bills of lading, and other documentation.Maintain organized records of incoming shipments, inventory transactions, and other relevant data.Generate reports on inventory levels, receiving activity, and other key metrics.Update and maintain the warehouse management system (WMS) and other relevant software.Utilize the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) system for data entry related to CACI procurement activities (corporate training provided).Compliance and Tracking:
Demonstrate knowledge of FAR/DFAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other applicable contractual requirements.Utilize the customer's FACTS account for detailed item tracking.General Logistics Support:
Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal team members regarding shipments and deliveries.Address any issues related to receiving, inventory, or data entry, such as discrepancies in shipments or errors in data records.Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and regulations.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$38.21
