Responsibilities:
Compile and create reportsComplete accurate database entriesResearch and respond to inquiries about status, etc.Loading parts and requisitions into systemManaging tool receipts and reports for the calibration program -Monitoring reports when tool goes out, tracking back to site, and returning to inventory from vendor after calibrationConduct inventoryPerform packing, crating/shipping activitiesMust-haves:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 6 or more years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationAdvanced Microsoft Word and Excel skillsThorough understanding and experience with the practical application of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniquesProgressive experience with inventory databasesAbility to complete Hazmat training and receive certification as soon as possible after hireCurrent/ valid passportSuccessfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessmentAbility to deploy occasionally, +/- 15-30 days at a time and subject to Program needAn active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredPreferred:
