The Logistics Specialist processes inventory movement through the project utilizing ERP system(s) and project tracking. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, tools, supplies and equipment. Provides internal and external customer service and support through a ticketing system, email, phone calls, etc.

+ Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard Company culture.
+ Performs receiving process, use of the multiple ERP systems, product knowledge and quality standards
+ Escalation point of contact for all logistics services activities
+ Submit and monitor material orders
+ Maintain material inventory
+ Provide coordinator support for field technicians making sure they have the materials, equipment and tools they need
+ Provide freight quotes to sales, purchasing, production and management to assist in sales order processing. Complete other orders requesting freight quotes from outside vendors.
+ Perform cycle counts on a daily, weekly basis to ensure inventory level accuracy and physical inventory yearly
+ Interacts with customer contacts, business partners, and internal staff to resolve Sales Order issues to meet shipment dates
+ Process all related reports including as needed and directed
+ Verify physical inventory for purchase orders or RMAs (returns) and communicate discrepancies to customer service or purchasing agent.

+ Proficient in using a computer and business / industry applications - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), Bluebeam, Procore, Textura and others.
+ Ability to stand on your feet all day and to be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Education/Experience Requirements:
+ High School Diploma, or equivalent
+ 2-5 years of logistics experience and inventory knowledge
+ Safety training and certificates and EPA/Hazmat Training may be required
