Marvin Composites is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead the flow of materials across two of our facilities in Fargo, ND. In this role, you’ll supervise warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, with direct responsibility for teams that support both standard weekday shifts and 24/7 production crews working 12-hour rotations. You'll coordinate freight, drive safe and efficient material handling, and lead process improvements to support smooth, reliable operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
