Logistics Supervisor **Date:** Feb 2, 2025 **Location:** Wuhan, HB, CN, 430040 **Company:** Corning **Day to Day Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the daily management of 3PL, including safety, cost, response, etc., and able to lead 3PL team to achieve the department's target. + Responsible for the daily management of the automated warehouse, including ground cleaning, container inspection, and goods shipping, able to ship in a timely according to customer needs, and keep good communication with production and quality. + Partners with business leaders to identify and communicates appropriate performance metrics/change requirement to internal and external customers. + Optimizes the capacity for transportation and warehousing at the lowest cost while fulfilling business objectives. + Ensure excellence Safety/Quality/5S to deliver high quality performance and avoid miss operation/incidents/damages. **Education & Experience** + University graduationor above, major in logistics management,Supply Chain management,Logistics, Transportation, or related field is preferred. + 3~5 + years, logistics operation/warehouse managementworking experience. + 3 + yearssupervisorexperience + Manufacturingworking experienceis MUST. **Required Skills** + Basic knowledge on warehouse and shopfloor people management + Able to work independently. + Fluent English in oral and written. + Good communication skill + Excel, Word, Power Point **Desired Skills** + Problem solving skill. + Good safety awareness of shopfloor/safety/5S management **Soft Skills** + Good common sense and quick learner + Good team player and leader **Role Purpose** Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems.
