Monitor, coordinate and update SAP inventory stock record within the plant including external stock locations.Perform and coordinate SAP transaction for Stocks Transfer Orders (STO) and any system material movements to support company’s production orders, including the external production facilities.Coordinate, perform, rectify and verify every Weekly Cycle Counts reconciliation.Investigate any stock variances on-time due to stock discrepancies.Generate daily reports to monitor and rectify outstanding SAP transactions not perform on-time.Administer, maintain and update the logistics department’s Business Process Documents, Work Instructions, SOPs and Process Flow Charts.Administer and perform SAP transaction for RTV/RMA parts under Quality Notes (QN) process on-time basis.Arrange RTV/RMA with procurement and 3PL on defectives to ESI world wide’s repair vendor locations.Clearing and managing SAP DDs and parts list with 3PL.Perform SAP trouble-shootings such as reversal.Assist in updating internal and external audit reports.Generate daily and weekly reports under Logistics Department portfolios.Manage, execute and expedite all incoming & outgoing shipments to & from Singapore plant (SPO) to global destinations, including coordinating with 3PL on shipping matters.Co-ordinate and expedite all trucking cargoes from Malaysia to Singapore plants, including ESI’s sub-contractors and vice versa.Assist and liaise with 3PL on Export Control permit declaration and shipping out Controlled parts thereafter.Support as back-ups for warehouse receiving functions including SAP GR process.Coordinate and provide Letter of Authorization (LOA) to ESI’s global shipment under courier services.Analyzes, verifies, picks, packages and arrange shipment of parts/lasers to fill customer sales orders and replenish various hub inventory.Understands shipping terms and can handle all shipping documentation i.e. creation of Commercial invoice/ Packing list and review Import/ Export Permit etc. and material flow processes.Able to process all stockroom computer SAP transactions associated with parts issuing, receiving, and shipping functions.Identifies, analyzes and corrects inventory discrepancies, has the ability to escalate issues to the proper personnel.Able to work with various freight forwarders includes seeking for quotations and execute sea/freight shipments and experience in incoterms.Able to work with various global stakeholders and the global trade compliance E2open team on resolving issues pertaining to pre shipments compliance screening on COO , HTS code , ECN and other issues.Any other tasks assigned by management.Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)
Minimum Diploma level of any discipline or higher NITEC if possessed the necessary experience.A minimum of 3 years related experience in warehousing, material handling, receiving, customer service and transportation background.Well verse in SAP R/3 (MM Modules) with at least 3 years’ experience as an end-user in his/her last job.Ability to verify, rectify and trouble-shoot SAP discrepancies.Knowledge in inventory control management, probably MRP.Experience and knowledge in shipping coordination and documentation.Meticulous and passion on generate reports and write documents.Positive attitude and ability to communicate with co-workers, both verbal and written.Experience in managing 3PLs / contract management.Experience in using MS Words, Excel, Pivot table and Power Point.Experience in leading a team.Willing to learn.#LI-DNI
