Position Summary

The Logistics Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the logistics team to ensure the efficient transportation, distribution, and storage of goods. Coordinating and supervising daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Managing team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner. Collaborating with vendors, clients, and team members to improve business operations and achieve cost efficiency. Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods meet customers' expectations. Working with management to identify, implement, and monitor the efficiency of logistics processes. Providing regular operational reports and updates to senior management.
