This role ensures on-time deliveries, resolves shipping errors, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and compliance with EMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and train shipping and receiving teams. * Provide customer service support, including delivery dates and order updates. * Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement. * Prioritize and align production schedules across shifts. * Identify and resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies. * Review and process customer purchase orders while recommending delivery optimizations. * Collaborate with production teams to meet customer deadlines. * Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives. * Assist with customer claims, reworks, and order adjustments. * Ensure compliance with EMS guidelines and ethical standards. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving. * 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and estimate pricing. * Strong communication skills with experience working across teams and management levels. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Excel, and Power BI desired * Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required due to the nature of the work.
