The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, able to multi-task, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while successfully managing logistics requirements for the customer and communicating internally.
Responsibilities
+ Manage logistics requirements for the customer and ensure effective communication internally.
+ Process purchase orders from contracts efficiently.
+ Handle customer service, order entry, and account management tasks.
+ Oversee order processing, quoting, and scheduling.
+ Manage vendor relationships and pricing strategies.
+ Utilize ERP or CRM systems for data entry and order management.
+ Supervise production activities and ensure quality standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
+ 5+ years of experience with an ERP or CRM system.
+ 5+ years of experience processing purchase orders from contracts.
+ Proficient in customer service, order entry, and account management.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
+ Proficient in relevant computer applications and order processing.
+ Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to act swiftly and confidently.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
Work Environment
This role is on-site Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The team currently works spaced out in a really nice facility with an open space style. The company has roughly 100 employees, with 10 in this group, and they maintain a tight-knit team environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
