Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Logistics Operations: Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of supplies and materials.Plan and Monitor Deliveries: Ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound deliveries.Manage Routing Activities: Plot routes, and process shipments.Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with various departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.Handle Complaints and Issues: Address any logistics-related problems or complaints.Ensure Compliance: Adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.Prepare Reports: Generate and file logistics reports.Implement Safety Procedures: Ensure staff follow safety standards and procedures.Optimize Procedures: Utilize logistics IT systems to improve efficiency.Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal and safety standards, ESGTeam Leadership: Train and guide employees, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Graduate / Post graduate degree with specialization in Supply chain5-7 years’ experience in Handling Imports into IndonesiaKey Skills: Strong organizational and customer service skills, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.Strong knowledge on HS Code requirementsSAP Experience is an added advantageExperience: Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is often preferred.
