You proactively ensure resources are used effectively to meet targets while maintaining highest safety standards. **What you will do:** As a **Team Leader** , you are accountable for, but not limited to: + Lead the team to meet the daily goalsand continually monitor and audit Health and Safety, People, Quality, Velocity and Cost metrics within your span of control as per business goals. + Champion safe working practices and undertake training and further learning. + Generate and work on Continuous Improvement ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process and maintain the skills matrix for the team to 100% versatility, ensure standard work is updated. + Participate in Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) for Safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost within your team operation. **NB. Understanding the skills and experience of the team to highlight gaps and/or training/development needs and builds high performing teams. + **Logistics** **Operations:** Possess a good understanding of Logistics practices and knowledge of material systems + **Safety** : Proactive in managing safety standards and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
