The Logistics Technician will handle customer or shipper inquiries and complaints related to storage and distribution services, ranging from basic to moderately complex. Standard procedures and guidelines are followed to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. **Key Responsibilities:** + Works under direct supervision to provide assistance with managing inventory and movement of materials. + Prepares necessary shipping documentation. + Checks arriving materials to ensure they match purchase orders. + Handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. + Maintains and updates production and delivery schedules. + Responds to basic to fairly complex customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services. + Tracks and traces goods while they are on route to their destinations. + Collects and compiles data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions and other documents to assess supply needs. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED + 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment + 1+ years MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, & One Drive + Must possess or be able to pass a Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Driver certification + Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs. + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in a high volume distribution environment + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Strong organizational skills + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy \#LI-On-Site _RSRCAR_ **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
