Managing warehouse daily operation

Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery request and update the warehouse management systemInspect incoming goods and inform business unit if found varianceReserve and allocate storage space for incoming goodsPerform tasks, such as putaway, order picking, labelling, packing, posting, stocktaking and customs declarationPerform vanning and devanning services of import and export sea containerPrepare shipping documents for export shipmentConduct daily checks of operational equipment before useDeal with transportation service provider and supplierMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentWilling to work on holiday and overtime and shifts upon requestRequirements
HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent qualifications1– 2 years warehouse working experienceBasic knowledge in SAP warehouse system, Microsoft Words and ExcelSelf-initiated, able to work independentlyGood communication in Chinese and basic written EnglishWith valid forklift truck/stacker driving licence is preferablePersonal & Application Information
