Job Summary Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests who enter the Logo Shop within the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Essential Functions + Serve Guests by helping them select products & providing service + Drive sales through engagement of guests, suggestive selling & product knowledge + Greet and assist all guests in a welcoming professional manner + Opening/Closing and cashiering duties + Assist with inventory, including receiving and restocking of merchandise + Represent the company in a positive and professional manner to promote our brand Job Requirements + Must be available to work nights and weekends + Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds + Must be able to work in high stress situations + Must be at least 19 years of age Job Pay / Benefits + You will be provided with appropriate logoed attire to wear while on duty. + On-shift meal provided daily (restrictions apply) + Employee discount on most products + PTO qualification opportunity after 6 months + Enrollment in company 401k after 60 days of service.
